With social distancing changing the way we work, financial stress and uncertainty, and the looming fear of infection, business as usual has ground, at least for now, to a screeching halt. So, we’re left with an important question to answer:

Newberry Consulting and Rival Solutions are teaming up to help you and your business answer this huge and intimidating question.

We’re offering a free, thirty-minute strategy session coupled with an extensive online questionnaire to help us better understand your business, the position you find yourself in, and what we can do today to help you move forward during these uncertain times.

We’re not promising answers with this session. Rather, we want to help you move beyond the paralysis of fear and anxiety by addressing three main topics:

1. Mindset: How do we need to change our thinking during this time?

2. Influence: What can I control and what can’t I control.

3. Planning: What do I need to be doing right now to lead my business through these difficult times and build momentum for the time when we emerge from this crisis.

The strategy session is free to as many people as we can accommodate. We will be including an option to donate to the effort if you can/are willing. Regardless, we want to be a resource to help our small business community navigate these new waters we find ourselves in.
