User Testing and Validation

With your initial concept refined and validated through research, we work with you to develop detailed user personas that describe your hypothetical perfect customer.

Then we go talk to them.

The best way to find out if you’re on the right track (and how to get on the right track) is to talk to the people you’re targeting with your product. This looks like interviews, surveys, and even focus groups.


Story Mapping

Finally, we take the validated concept, your target user’s input and data, and we build a road map for the product using a technique called Story Mapping.

The end result is a detailed list of features and an actionable workflow for your product that you can then take to your developer and begin the process of building.
